DropYou is an all-in-one logistics platform that lets you book same-day couriers and parcel deliveries in just a few clicks — all from one central web app.
How do I sign up?
Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right of the homepage. You’ll be asked to provide your name, email, phone number, and set a password. You’ll need to verify your account via SMS or email.
Is DropYou available in my area?
We're rapidly expanding across the UK. To check availability, enter your pickup location on the home screen — if we’re live in your area, you’ll see service options available to you.
How do I book a courier?
Just enter your pickup and drop-off locations, upload a photo of the item if needed, and select your preferred vehicle. Our AI-powered quote calculator will instantly generate pricing.
What vehicles can I choose from?
We offer a full range: Motorbike, Car, Small Van, SWB, MWB, LWB, XLWB, Luton, and 7.5-tonne lorry — choose based on size and urgency.
Can I track my courier?
Yes! As soon as your booking is confirmed, you’ll be able to live-track your courier via GPS on the web app.
Is my parcel insured?
Standard bookings come with limited liability. For added protection, you can opt into our Enhanced Cover during checkout. See our [Terms & Conditions] for full details.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is collected at the time of booking.
Can I manage multiple bookings from one account?
Yes — your dashboard lets you manage all past and current bookings across all your deliveries in one place.
What if my item is delayed or missing?
You can raise a support ticket directly from your order page. We investigate all delivery issues within 24 hours.
How do I contact customer service?

Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — cancellations are allowed up to the point of dispatch. Fees may apply based on service type.
